Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (ICE) Mortgage Data is seeking a Lead Developer, Automation for a platform team building AI-based end-to-end automation tooling across hybrid on premises and cloud systems.

The role combines automation framework leadership with hands-on SDET work and collaboration with QA, development, and analysts. You will design scalable automation frameworks, maintain CI pipelines, and mentor teams while driving improvements in testing practices and data integrity across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/CE or related field.
• 8+ years leading automation frameworks for UI and non-UI systems.
• 5+ years hands-on with Playwright and Cypress.
• 8+ years software design, development, testing, deployment (Java/C++).
• 4+ years Linux/Unix and Docker experience.
• 3+ years setting up CI pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab) and CI/CD tooling.
• Strong problem solving and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and support AI-based automation frameworks and CI pipelines for UI and non-UI use cases.
• Evaluate solutions for hybrid on-premises/cloud and multi-tier architectures; design automated UI tests with Playwright.
• Build AI-based testing frameworks for data accuracy, integrity, and performance using SQL/DBMS.
• Mentor and lead teams across automation frameworks, coordinate test execution and train users.
• Ensure automated tests are robust, reliable, scalable; conduct code reviews and troubleshoot issues.
• Drive process improvements across the automation lifecycle within Agile development.
