Coca-Cola Consolidated in Whitestown, IN, seeks an Automation Lead to oversee case-picking and sorting in an automated warehouse. You will supervise the assigned team, provide guidance, and ensure safe, efficient operations under the Warehouse Manager’s direction.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of experience; familiarity with automated environments is a plus. The role requires multi-tasking in a noisy, climate-controlled environment and a 3rd shift schedule.

Pay Range: $22.10 - $23.80 Hourly, depending on experience

The Automation Lead will assist and facilitate case-picking and sorting activities within an assigned portion of the automated warehouse utilizing computers, software, and complex machines; proactively monitor upcoming orders; guide and assign teammates to the appropriate areas to ensure efficient operation. This role will also provide performance-based feedback; direction of work and guidance to the assigned team; assist in interviewing potential candidates; support any specific area of responsibility and, or Team as designated by the Warehouse Manager. Finally, the Automation Operator I must adhere to all established CCCI safety procedures and policies, while multi-tasking and making sound proactive decisions in a noisy and time-sensitive environment.
Experience in an automated environment preferred.
Noisy and non-temperature-controlled environment including high and low-temperature environment
