Job summary

Agropur Cooperative recherche un stagiaire en automatisation pour soutenir la fiabilité et les performances des systèmes d'automatisation de l'usine américaine d'Iowa. Vous surveillerez et dépannerez les équipements contrôlés par PLC et HMI et prendrez part à des projets d'automatisation sous guidance.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an Electrical Technology, Automation Technology, Mechatronics, or related program.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems, control panels, PLCs, and automation concepts.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot issues; strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support reliability and performance of plant automation systems by monitoring and troubleshooting PLC/HMI equipment.
• Assist with calibration, preventive maintenance, and system performance checks.
• Assist automation projects by documenting findings and implementing solutions under guidance from the Automation team.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and technical documentation.
• Learn best practices in automation, safety and quality in a dairy manufacturing environment.
