Job summary

Inframark, LLC is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead Automation and Intelligence initiatives from kickoff to closeout, owning scope, schedule, budget, risk, and customer communications. You will coordinate Engineering, Manufacturing, Field Services, OT/Cyber, and vendors to deliver safe, high‑quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in utilities or industrial automation, strong scheduling and financial tracking, and proven client and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management in utilities/industrial automation.
• Proficiency with scheduling, financial tracking, and contract/change management.
• Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules; manage changes, risks, and issues.
• Run internal/externals status meetings; communicate progress, action items, and decisions.
• Coordinate deliverables across Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Field Services.
• Manage subcontracts, procurement, and invoicing milestones; ensure documentation and closeout.
• Track KPIs (OTD, margin, cash flow) and drive continuous improvement.
