Job summary

Inframark is seeking a Project Manager for A&I projects in Tomball, TX. You will own scope, schedule, budget, risk, and customer communication, coordinating Engineering, Manufacturing, Field Services, OT/Cyber, and vendors to deliver safe, quality outcomes.

Expect 7+ years of project management experience in utilities/industrial automation, strong scheduling and financial tracking skills, and excellent stakeholder management. Bachelor’s in Engineering or Business; PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management in utilities/industrial automation or related field.
• Proficiency with scheduling and financial tracking tools (MS Project/Primavera).
• Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, WBS, schedules, and budgets; manage changes, risks, and issues.
• Run internal and external status meetings; communicate progress and decisions.
• Coordinate deliverables across Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Field Services.
• Manage subcontracts, procurement, and invoicing milestones; ensure documentation and closeout.
• Track KPIs (OTD, margin, cash flow) and drive continuous improvement.
