Job summary

Inframark is seeking a Project Manager to lead A&I projects from kickoff to closeout, coordinating Engineering, Manufacturing, Field Services, OT/Cyber, and vendors to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes.

The role requires 7+ years in utilities/industrial automation, strong scheduling skills (MS Project/Primavera), and solid client/stakeholder management. Office/remote with travel to facilities and client sites. Competitive benefits package included.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management in utilities/industrial automation.
• Scheduling proficiency with MS Project/Primavera.
• Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets; manage changes, risks, and issues.
• Run internal/externals status meetings; communicate progress, action items, and decisions.
• Coordinate deliverables across Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Field Services.
• Manage subcontracts, procurement, and invoicing milestones; ensure documentation and closeout.
• Track KPIs (OTD, margin, cash flow) and drive continuous improvement.
