Job summary
Toyota Automated Logistics is seeking an Integration Engineering Specialist to join our Systems team in Nashville. You will work with customers and suppliers to integrate material handling systems, spanning conveyors, robotics, and storage solutions, and help deliver high-throughput, reliable installations.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years in automation, PLC/HMI experience, CAD skills, and readiness to travel; you will participate in commissioning, testing, and ongoing optimization under
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering field.
- 3+ years in automation or material-handling systems.
- Experience with conveyor-based systems.
- Experience with Allen Bradley or Siemens PLCs & HMIs.
- Willing to travel up to 75%.
Responsibilities
- Assist in commissioning and testing projects under direction.
- Lead commissioning tasks with oversight from senior engineers.
- Develop and maintain commissioning checklists and test plans.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems on site.
- Modify and debug PLCs and HMIs per specs to optimize throughput.
- Collaborate with project managers and teams to ensure quality.
