Job summary

ProSearch Recruiting Partners MRINetwork is seeking an Automation Systems Installation Coordinator to support on-site projects involving material handling and automation equipment. You will act as a central coordinator among project teams, remote stakeholders, and clients, leading safety, materials management, and installation oversight.

You will monitor progress, train staff, collaborate with engineering, and manage external contractors while developing installation procedures and schedules for

Qualifications

• Associate degree in engineering or equivalent experience in material handling systems or industrial construction.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with installation tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 90% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Monitor installation progress of material handling automation at client sites and suggest improvements.
• Oversee implementation and training related to automated systems and procedures.
• Collaborate with engineering and PM on installation matters; report discrepancies.
• Contribute to and develop installation procedures based on expertise.
• Manage external contractors to ensure quality and provide training.
• Utilize software platforms for engineering, project management, and service teams.
• Coordinate movement of materials, electrical/mechanical work, and QC activities.
• Develop and maintain installation schedules and participate in client/internal meetings.
• Enforce safety protocols on-site to prevent incidents.
