Job summary

Amazon Science seeks a leader to design and deploy automated laboratory workflows on liquid-handling platforms. You will partner with scientists to translate goals into scalable automation, perform data QC, and communicate outcomes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

Experience in a customer-facing role with executives, technologists or partners.
Ability to translate ambiguous needs into robust solutions.
Strong problem-solving in undefined challenges.
Experience with automation, testing, or monitoring framework development.
Excellent written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy automated lab workflows from concept to production.
Collaborate with scientists to translate requirements into automation solutions.
Perform data QC and communicate results to stakeholders.
Integrate instrument, software, and data systems for end-to-end workflows.
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
