Job summary

Mesa Energy Systems, Inc. in the United States (Chino, CA) seeks an Automation Foreman to inspect, test, adjust and repair automation devices and systems, diagnose malfunctions, and perform preventative maintenance while coaching technicians.

The role runs multiple jobs and crews, and you will mentor others to ensure quality results. You will manage project schedules, communicate status with PMs, and ensure financial success of projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent field experience.
• 8+ years of direct automation experience with control systems and programming.
• Working knowledge of at least three HVAC control systems (preferably Delta, Distech, JCI or Andover).
• Ability to interface with customers at a supervisory and management level.
• Engineering skills include electronics, mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and programming knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with control system architecture design, programming, or maintenance.
• Good computer skills and understanding of controls networking.
• A valid driver's license.

• Project Responsibilities: Maintain company installation standards.

Job Summary

The Automation Foreman will inspect, test, adjust and repair new or existing electric, electronic, mechanical, and pneumatic automation devices, and systems. It will also diagnose the cause of electrical or mechanical malfunction or failure of operational equipment and perform preventative and corrective maintenance. Automation Foreman runs and manages multiple jobs and crews will also be responsible for coaching and mentoring other automation technicians.

Geographic Disclosure

Compensation: $61.40 Per Hour. The hourly rate is determined by the CBA/rate sheet and test results. Benefits are provided through local labor union aligned with collective bargaining agreement.
