Job summary

Vizient, Inc. is seeking an experienced QA engineer to help deliver reliable software by designing, executing, and maintaining manual and automated testing solutions.

You will work within an Agile team and partner with engineers, product owners and stakeholders to ensure quality across the lifecycle. You will advance test automation, improve testing processes, and support scalable software delivery that meets client and business needs.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant QA/testing experience.
• Experience building automated tests with Playwright or Selenium for web apps.
• Proficient in SQL and testing web-based software.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user stories, requirements, acceptance criteria and designs to identify testing needs and risks.
• Develop and maintain test plans, cases, scripts, data and supporting docs.
• Design and maintain automated tests using Playwright, Selenium, Python or similar tools.
• Build reusable automation components and improve test automation frameworks.
• Execute manual and automated functional, regression, integration, system and exploratory testing.
• Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot issues and validate fixes.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and monitor results.
• Improve automation reliability by addressing flaky tests.
• Contribute to test coverage analysis, quality metrics and release readiness.
