Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Technology or Operations.
• Strong understanding of Agile including epics, user stories and business rules.
• Proficient with JIRA and Confluence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse audiences.
• Ability to translate complex needs into actionable requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end requirements for enriched document processing automation.
• Document data extraction and payload structures for downstream systems.
• Support advanced AI-driven workflows and use cases for document handling.
• Translate cross-functional requirements into developer-ready user stories.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and scrum teams in ceremonies.
• Coordinate with partners and provide post-implementation support.
• Act as liaison between business and technology teams to drive change.
