TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC is seeking a senior security leader to modernize and automate security operations across global networks and endpoints in a fast‑paced, in‑person model. You will own infrastructure automation, platform consolidation, and cross‑functional collaboration to protect U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in network, endpoint, or infrastructure security (Bachelor's degree preferred), including 3+ years in management leading teams of software and infrastructure engineers.
• Proven leadership in team transformation, with experience reshaping IT ops into automation‑first engineering organizations.
• Deep technical expertise in IaC (Terraform, Ansible), CI/CD, and core areas: enterprise firewalls, UEM/MDM, cloud networking, or endpoint security.
• API-first mindset & automation: integrating vendor platforms (REST, GraphQL) and applying AI tools to operations.
• Strong project management & communication skills to drive cross‑functional initiatives and executive updates.
• Thorough understanding of InfoSec technologies, compliance standards, and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Automate diagnostics & monitoring to reduce outages and manual triage.
• Migrate infrastructure to code (Terraform, Ansible) via CI/CD pipelines with API integrations.
• Implement automated testing for deployments, OS upgrades, and security rule changes.
• Transform engineering culture toward automation and mentor staff on scalable architectures.
• Define architecture roadmaps and platform consolidation to align security with business growth.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging AI tools into daily operations.
• Automate compliance audits, policy enforcement, and regulatory responses.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of cross‑departmental projects and incident response.
