Job summary

TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC in San Jose seeks a Senior Manager to architect, scale, and lead the Application Vulnerability Validation team. You will own the strategy for a software assurance function across web, mobile, and API surfaces.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in AppSec or software security engineering.
• 5+ years of domain experience with formal team management.
• Proficiency in developing automation and tooling for security analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing Application Security team.
• Architect automation and scanner integrations to speed analysis.
• Oversee deep-dive vulnerability verification across web, mobile, and API surfaces.
• Drive attack-path analysis and systemic risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with US and global engineering teams on strategic security fixes.
