Job summary

Vanguard is seeking a results-driven professional to manage annual financial reporting packages, 5500 filings, and related statements for client books. You will guide a global team, address client inquiries, and drive process improvements while ensuring accuracy and compliance with ERISA, DOL, and GAAP standards.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Experience leading projects (2+ years).
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to influence business partners and exercise good judgement.
• Organizational and time-management skills; multitasking capability.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and reviews financial reporting packages and 5500s for Vanguard clients.
• Communicates clearly to address technical questions and enhance client experience.
• Analyzes issues, identifies trends, and mitigates process gaps.
• Collaborates in a team to ensure timely and accurate client deliverables.
• Provides training and guidance to a global team of administrators on GAAP-compliant reporting.
