IC Automation is seeking a Financial Project Coordinator to blend financial leadership with hands-on project execution. You will oversee budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and project profitability while coordinating scheduling, resources, and compliance across engineering, operations, and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in financial management, project coordination, or operations.
• Experience with ERP systems, project management tools, and financial software.
• Automation/manufacturing industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Monitor financial performance, cash flow, and project profitability.
• Prepare financial reports and analyses for leadership.
• Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage vendor and supplier contracts with cost control.
• Support funding and investment strategies as needed.
• Coordinate scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
• Maintain project documentation and compliance files.
• Coordinate with engineers, technicians, subcontractors, and clients to stay on track.
