Job summary

PSI Engineering is seeking a customer-focused Field Service Technician to join our Aftermarket and Service team in Phoenix, AZ. You will install, commission, maintain, troubleshoot, and support PSI equipment at customer sites, traveling as needed to ensure optimal performance.

The ideal candidate has mechanical and electrical skills, experience in industrial automation, and strong IT troubleshooting abilities; willingness to travel domestically; and good communication with customers.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Field Service Technician within machinery servicing
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• Willingness to travel domestically and work at customer sites

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and maintain PSI equipment at customer sites
• Train customer operators and maintenance staff on installed systems
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and implement solutions
• Provide on-site technical support and coordinate with customers and internal teams
• Process warranty claims and complete service reports for Customer Service and Aftermarket & Service Manager
