Job summary

PSI Engineering, headquartered in Canada, is seeking a Field Service Technician to support customers in the United States. You will install, commission, maintain, troubleshoot, and provide ongoing support for PSI equipment at client sites, travelling as needed to ensure performance and reliability.

The ideal candidate has field service experience in machinery, strong IT troubleshooting abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Field Service Technician in machinery servicing.
• Strong IT troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to train customer operators and maintenance staff.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude with relevant certifications.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and commission printer and automation equipment at customer sites.
• Train customer staff on operation and maintenance of installed equipment.
• Diagnose issues and coordinate with engineers to resolve them.
• Manage on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing tasks.
• Maintain service tickets, reports, and warranty processing.
