Job summary
Interroll Group in Georgia is seeking a Field Service & Product Support Technician to support automation solutions across the United States. The role blends field installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, software configuration, and customer demonstrations at our Hiram facility and at customer sites.
The ideal candidate has strong electromechanical skills, experience with PLCs/HMIs, and the ability to travel; you will collaborate with sales, engineering, and R&D to deliver robust deployments
Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent in engineering technology or related field.
- 4+ years in field service or industrial automation.
- Experience troubleshooting electromechanical equipment.
- Strong communication and ability to travel across North America.
Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and troubleshoot automated material handling equipment across North America.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for customers and teams.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, controls, and software issues.
- Document service actions and corrective actions.
- Support warranty evaluations and continuous improvement initiatives.
