Automation & Safety Sales/Support Manager at IDEC

In the US, IDEC supports customers with over thirty local sales offices, offering a range of products including programmable logic controllers (PLCs), operator interfaces (OIs), VFDs, safety sensors, safety switches, AGV/AMR drives, push button switches, relays, and power supplies.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Automation Field Sales Engineer located in VA, MD, DE and southern PA. The Automation Field Sales Engineer will be responsible for managing sales, developing and maintaining client relationships, and providing technical support for IDEC products. Daily tasks include identifying customer needs, delivering product presentations, preparing and following up on quotations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
