Mesa Energy Systems, Inc. is seeking an Automation Estimator to price controls materials, systems, and services for complete building automation projects.

You will determine costs, analyze customer requirements, and shape quotation strategies to win bids. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of estimating or selling in commercial HVAC/building automation, strong technical writing, and the ability to read drawings.

Competenze

• 2+ years experience estimating/selling in commercial building automation/HVAC.
• Mechanical Engineering or HVAC experience.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and plans.
• Knowledge of building automation networks (BACnet, LON, Modbus).
• Strong communication, writing, and teamwork.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and internal systems.

Mansioni

• Price controls materials, systems, and services for complete building automation projects.
• Determine costs, analyze customer requirements, and formulate quotation strategies.
• Gather market intelligence and collaborate with estimating, engineering and sales.
• Identify cost/availability of materials and prepare material and labor estimates.
