Qualifications

• Mechanical engineering or HVAC experience required.
• 2+ years estimating or selling in commercial building automation/HVAC.
• Experience with energy management solutions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine costs for large scale mechanical projects without drawings.
• Understand and apply Mechanical Code and local municipal codes.
• Understand Title 24 and OSHPD requirements.
• Analyze customer requirements with estimating, engineering and sales teams to develop quotes.
• Identify cost and material availability for quotes and prepare estimates.
• Prepare bill of materials and labor estimates for quotations.
• Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and close orders.
