Responsibilities

• Daily preventative and breakdown maintenance of automated production equipment - mechanically, pneumatically, and electrically.
• Perform basic maintenance activities on automated equipment including manufacturing equipment control systems and robotic systems.
• Maintain knowledge of software, controllers, and components used in automation.
• Maintain integration of automated equipment with data networks, control systems, and software interfaces.
• Use predictive maintenance techniques and data from sensors to drive maintenance activities.
• Complete tasks that require specialized knowledge due to modern automation technologies.
• Diagnose basic malfunctions and perform repairs while minimizing downtime.
• Maintain documentation, support installation and validation, and follow safety and quality guidelines.
