Maintenance of automated equipment often requires specialized knowledge of software, sensors, controllers, and other components specific to automation technology. Automated equipment maintenance may heavily rely on predictive maintenance techniques, leveraging data from sensors and IoT devices to predict equipment failures and schedule maintenance proactively.
