Job summary

MilliporeSigma is seeking a detail-oriented manufacturing operator to join our production team in New Hampshire. You will operate, monitor, and troubleshoot automated and mechanical equipment, set up processes, move raw materials safely, and keep equipment running at peak performance.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of manufacturing experience, familiarity with EH&S, ISO, and cGMP standards, and comfortable with PLCs. This is a B shift role (2PM–10PM) with some C shift coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of manufacturing operator experience.
• Knowledge of EH&S, ISO, cGMP, and other manufacturing regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust automated and mechanical equipment.
• Safely move raw materials through the production process.
• Monitor production performance and ensure peak equipment uptime.
• Perform in-process quality checks and identify process improvements.
• Maintain organized work area and comply with safety, quality, and operational procedures.
