Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Equipment Engineer in the US to support automation projects in our fast-growing network. Based in Atlanta or New Jersey, you will plan, install, and maintain automated warehouse equipment and integrate it with existing systems.

You will develop SOPs, train operators, monitor performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable operations. Bachelor's in related field and 1+ year experience preferred; English required; Chinese a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation, or related field.
• 1+ year experience with warehouse automation equipment or related field.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and automation equipment.
• Excellent English communication; Chinese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Automation Project Implementation: plan, install, and integrate new equipment with existing warehouse operations and systems.
• SOP Development & Training: create SOPs for operation and maintenance; train operators.
• Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting: inspect, maintain, and repair automated equipment.
• Equipment Performance & Continuous Improvement: monitor performance and drive improvements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Operations, IT, Engineering, and planning teams.
