Job summary

The role emphasizes URS/DOE, FAT/SAT, validation, process verification, and ramp-up with a focus on OEE and cost of ownership. Strong problem-solving and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Controls Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of progressively responsible engineering and project management experience.
• Experience integrating equipment within complex manufacturing sites with validation focus.
• Lean leadership experience and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support design and development of assembly, packaging, automation, inspection equipment including all mechanical, electrical and control elements.
• Support URS preparation, reviews, and risk assessments; participate in FAT/SAT and DOE activities.
• Assist with equipment integration, installation, validation and start-up; help optimize ramp-up and OEE.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manage documentation, and support training and handover to operations.
