BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company) is seeking an experienced engineer to lead design, development, and validation of manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced, global setting. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance across all projects.

Responsibilities include leading automation concepts, coordinating suppliers, and driving continuous improvement while supporting capital planning and project deliverables.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/controls engineering or related field.
• Experience leading automation and end-to-end projects is required.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically or internationally.

Mansioni

• Lead design and development of assembly, packaging, automation, inspection, and manufacturing equipment.
• Convert requirements into scalable equipment and automation solutions.
• Create URS and validate designs with risk, cost, and lifecycle considerations.
• Lead design reviews, risk assessments, and FMEA activities.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors through project lifecycle.
• Support capital justification and continuous improvement initiatives.
