Job summary

HKA Enterprises in North Carolina is seeking an engineer to design, deploy, and validate manufacturing processes and systems to ensure reliable production of medicines and GMP adherence. You will work with DeltaV, BMS, and Allen-Bradley PLCs, and help develop preventive maintenance procedures, test automated equipment, and maintain manufacturing information systems.

Strong communication and project discipline will help meet deadlines in a structured plant environment and drive collaboration

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with engineering design and validation.
• Familiar with DeltaV, BMS, and Allen Bradley PLC.
• Proficiency in structured query language (SQL).
• Experience with automated systems and equipment.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Nice-to-have: experience in pharmaceutical industry engineering.
• Familiarity with Preventive Maintenance Procedures for process control systems.
• Ability to monitor issues and develop preventative solutions.
• Experience with manufacturing information systems.
• Excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
