Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field and 2 years’ experience in engineering, supply chain, or related area.
• 4 years’ experience in engineering, supply chain, or related area.
• Preferred: Master’s in Computer Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration and launch of automation systems for Midway DC.
• Analyze complex operational data to inform decisions and drive improvements.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and resources.
• Collaborate with engineering, construction, operations and vendors to resolve challenges.
• Apply Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Build business cases and cost analyses to support automation investments.
• Oversee system testing, validation, and documentation for quality and performance.
