Job summary

PerkinElmer, a leader in scientific solutions, seeks a Senior/Manager, Automation Engineering (cGMP) for Project Farma. The role requires residency in PF markets and domestic travel to client sites, leading automation and digital transformation initiatives in GMP environments.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate across functions, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering high-quality outcomes for life sciences projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in life sciences or engineering.
• 10–15+ years of automation experience in GMP life sciences.
• Willingness to travel domestically to meet client project requests.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for project teams.
• Lead client engagements and ensure successful delivery of scope.
• Develop project execution strategies for automation initiatives.
• Mentor engineers and drive practice development.
• Identify and mitigate execution risks and ensure GMP/FDA/ISO compliance.
• Balance schedule, quality, and client priorities while managing resources.
