Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Regulatory or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 10–15+ years of Automation and Digital Systems in GMP life sciences environment.
• Willingness to travel domestically for client projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and technical guidance for the project team.
• Engage with clients to define scope and manage communications.
• Lead medium-sized projects or scopes within larger programs.
• Mentor engineers and drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, ISO, EHS standards and quality reviews.
