Job summary

Project Farma is seeking a seasoned leader to drive Digital Transformation and Automation across GMP life sciences projects in the United States. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, manage client communications, and ensure compliant, high-quality delivery for complex engagements.

The role requires 10–15+ years in automation and digital systems, willingness to travel domestically, and a strong background in GMP standards. Based in markets with travel to client sites nationwide.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of automation and digital systems in GMP life sciences.
• Willingness to travel as required for client project assignments.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree as stated.
• Experience with GMP, FDA, ISO, EHS standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance for assigned project team members.
• Lead medium sized projects or scope of work for large projects.
• Develop project execution and Configuration Strategy.
• Mentor engineers and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure quality and compliance before client submission.
• Identify opportunities to expand PF work.
