Qualifications

• Enrollment as a student (Co-Op) in an engineering or related program.
• Interest in automation, robotics, and process improvement.
• Willingness to learn PLC troubleshooting and operate factory equipment.

Responsibilities

• Support Automation Engineers with day-to-day production tasks.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment-related issues.
• Learn operation of PLC-controlled equipment, robotics, HMIs.
• Assist with equipment monitoring and performance analysis.
• Participate in automation upgrades and improvement projects.
• Support FAT, SAT, startup activities.
• Observe handoff between project teams and production operations.
• Gain exposure to Industry 4.0 initiatives.
