Job summary

Qualifications

• Programming experience in Python, Java, or similar languages; familiar with databases.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities; effective communication.
• Experience with Excel, SQL/MySQL, and automation tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage automated workflows using Power Automate/Azure to improve processes.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing workflows for efficiency and scalability.

• Collaborate with IT, operations, and administration to identify bottlenecks and deploy automation strategies.
• Document automated systems and train end-users for effective implementation.
• Stay updated on new automation technologies and recommend upgrades.
