Are you a Salesforce Developer with Revenue Automation experience looking to own the architecture, configuration and deployment of revenue systems.
Unlike traditional Salesforce developer roles heavily reliant on custom programming, this ecosystem prioritises platform native efficiency. The company business logic sits firmly within Salesforce Flows.
Because of this, you will bridge the gap between high-level architecture and configuration, using advanced Salesforce Flows, SOQL and Salto to build a scalable, continuous integration pipeline. This role is ideal for a highly technical Salesforce professional who loves complex data models, API integrations and robust DevOps practices, but prefers declarative engineering over heavy Apex coding.
What You Will Do
- Architect Low-Code Systems: Build, optimize and maintain complex automated business logic using advanced Salesforce Flows (Record-Triggered, Screen and Schedule-Triggered).
- Manage Revenue Operations: Support and scale our Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud / CPQ implementations, ensuring complex product bundles and pricing structures run flawlessly.
- Own the CI/CD Pipeline: Act as the primary gatekeeper for our configuration lifecycle, utilizing Salto to track configuration data, manage Git dependencies and deploy changes smoothly across environments.
- Drive System Integrations: Design and maintain robust data integrations connecting Salesforce to Zendesk, third-party survey tools and external FinTech payment networks.
- Optimize Data Architecture: Write advanced, highly efficient SOQL queries to extract data, map deep object relationships and debug system behaviour.
What We Are Looking For
- The Low-Code Developer Mindset: Significant experience building enterprise-grade logic in Salesforce. You know exactly how to push Flows to their absolute limits and understand when (and when not) to leverage lightweight programmatic elements.
- CPQ or Revenue Cloud Expertise: Deep understanding of the CPQ data model, including quote-to-cash workflows, pricing engines and product configuration.
- Strong Sales Cloud & Integration Background: Proven experience integrating Salesforce with external platforms like Zendesk and customer feedback/survey applications via APIs.
- Salto & DevOps Practitioner: Practical experience using Salto (or similar configuration management tools like Gearset/Copado) to manage SaaS infrastructure as code.
- Advanced SOQL Knowledge: Ability to write precise, high-performance database queries to audit data schemas and support integrations.
- FinTech or Payments Background (Highly Desirable): Familiarity with transactional data security, ledger concepts or payment gateway workflows is a massive plus.
Why You'll Love This Role
- Cutting-Edge Stack: Work with tools like Salto that treat configuration with the same rigour as production code.
- Clean Architecture: No legacy Apex spaghetti code. You will build and maintain a modern, streamlined Flow-first architecture.
- Impact: Direct ownership of the systems driving revenue and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
This role is hybrid, 4 days a week from home.
