Job summary

Triad Technologies, LLC seeks an Automation Engineer to provide technical and application support for automation and motion control products. You will work with Engineering, Sales, and customers to understand requirements and propose effective product and system solutions.

Responsibilities include programming, commissioning, startup and troubleshooting of PLCs, motion controllers, HMIs, and industrial networks, plus creating technical documentation and supporting training activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; or related two-year technical degree may be considered for Automation Specialist.
Experience with PLCs, motion controllers, HMIs, and industrial networks.
Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings; knowledge of engineering documentation.

Responsibilities

Provide technical and application support for automation and motion control products, systems, and solutions.
Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and customers to understand requirements and recommend products and system solutions.
Assist with system architecture, product selection, hardware/software specs, and network layouts.
