Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics/Automation.
• Experience in industrial automation and manufacturing engineering.
• Familiarity with PLC programming and motion control systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing processes and develop automation improvement solutions to increase efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Prioritize automation projects based on ROI.
• Identify and recommend projects to executive team based on value and impact.
• Establish equipment requirements, vendors, and personnel for design and deployment.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders during project execution.
• Follow through with integration, testing, and commissioning of equipment.
• Monitor system performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation including electrical schematics, narratives, SOPs, and validation protocols.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for automation-related failures.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
