Job summary

Element TV Company, LP is seeking an Automation Engineer to design, implement, and optimize automated manufacturing systems in a dynamic production environment. You will lead new lines, coordinate supplier activities, and ensure safety and quality targets are met.

You will develop PLC programs, integrate with HMI/SCADA/MES, and apply Kaizen to reduce waste and improve productivity. Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required.
• 3-5 years of experience in automation engineering or related field.
• Strong background in automation technology and manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and commissioning of new automated production lines.
• Coordinate equipment installation and electrical/mechanical integration.
• Perform FAT/SAT and ensure lines meet cycle time, throughput, and quality targets.
• Develop, modify and troubleshoot PLC programs (Mitsubishi).
• Integrate PLC with HMI, SCADA, and MES systems; diagnose PLC comms issues.
• Apply lean methods (Kaizen, PDCA) and analyze data to drive improvements.
