Job summary

Element TV Company, LP is seeking an Automation Engineer to design, implement, and continuously improve automated manufacturing systems in a full‑time, on‑site role. You will deploy new automation lines, integrate Mitsubishi PLCs, and ensure line performance with QA, maintenance, and suppliers.

You will lead FAT/SAT, support equipment installation, and drive lean initiatives. Strong PLC, data analysis, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Automation, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in automation engineering, control systems, or related field.
• Strong background in automation technology, industrial robotics, and manufacturing equipment.
• Proficiency in data analysis, statistical methods, and business intelligence tools.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with ability to analyze complex manufacturing challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and commissioning of new automated production lines.
• Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs (Mitsubishi).
• Configure and maintain PLC-controlled equipment including sensors, robots, and conveyors.
• Support integration with HMI, SCADA, and MES systems; diagnose PLC communication issues.
• Lead lean initiatives (Kaizen) and apply PDCA to improve processes and efficiency.
• Collect and analyze manufacturing data; create dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs.
• Provide technical guidance and training to technicians and operators.
• Collaborate across departments and with suppliers to deliver automation projects.
