Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or closely related field.
2 years of automation engineering experience involving PLC programming, robot programming, and injection molding automation systems.

Responsibilities

Program and support 3-axis and 6-axis robotic systems used in injection molding production environments.
Program and troubleshoot PLC systems (Siemens, Omron, Benchoff).
Diagnose and resolve automation issues in electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Support preventive maintenance activities and document per procedures.
Collaborate with maintenance, tooling, and production teams to reach goals.
Fabricate repair parts using shop equipment for automation systems.
Perform startup and commissioning of injection molding machines (IMMs).
Install and support industrial vision systems (Keyence, IFM).
Install and program EOAT for robotic applications.
Configure and troubleshoot Engel and Krauss Maffei interfaces.
Program and troubleshoot KUKA robotic systems.
