Minnesota Soybean Processors in Brewster, Minnesota is seeking an Information Technology PLC/HMI / IT Programmer to join its industrial automation team. The role blends software development, IT support, and plant control programming to keep manufacturing running safely and efficiently.

You will develop C# applications, support SQL Server, and program Allen-Bradley PLCs and HMIs, collaborating with engineering and production to reduce downtime and improve reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT/CS/EE or related field.
• Experience programming PLCs in manufacturing.
• Strong C# and PLC programming knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Maintain servers and IT networks; interface business and process apps.
• Develop, implement, and maintain PLC programs for equipment and processes.
• Program and maintain Allen-Bradley PLC and HMI systems.
• Troubleshoot PLC programs and automation systems to improve performance.
• Perform routine PLC hardware and software maintenance and upgrades.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to optimize automation.
• Follow industry standards and safety regulations in programming.
• Document programming changes and system configurations clearly.
• Train and support personnel in PLC operation and programming.
