Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking an experienced Automation Engineer in Windsor, CT, to design, develop, and implement automation control systems across industrial processes and warehouse equipment. You will lead PLC/PC controllers, SCADA devices, and HMI networks while mentoring apprentices to meet safety and performance standards.

The role requires hands-on experience with RSLogix5000 Studio, FT View, and industrial networks, plus a four-year engineering degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or knowledge equivalent to a four-year degree.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and mentor automation engineers.
• Proficiency with CMMS and coordinating maintenance with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize automation control systems.
• Troubleshoot PLC/PC controllers and industrial networks.
• Mentor apprentices to ensure safety and technical standards.
