Job summary
Natera, Inc. is seeking an Automation Engineer in Austin, TX to deploy liquid handling robotics, optimize production automation, and support analytical instruments.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in laboratory automation engineering and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of diagnostic lab workflows, instrumentation, and software; Python learning encouraged.
Responsibilities
- Operate as a semi-autonomous contributor within Production Engineering.
- Deploy liquid handling robotics for capacity expansion and draft supporting documentation.
- Lead defined continuous improvement projects and report progress to leaders.
- Support PQ/verification activities for new or updated automated methods.
- Collaborate across Production, R&D, Quality and vendors on medium-scale projects.
- Provide floor support in workcell labs and participate in sprint and group meetings.
