U.S. Bank seeks an Automation Engineer to test, create, implement and support robotics & desktop automations.

You will design, script, test and maintain automations of moderate complexity, identify data needs, and plan to coordinate test data across systems. You’ll develop automated test scripts, execute functional/regression/performance tests, and collaborate with business and technology teams to validate customer communications and templates.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Three to four years of relevant work experience with programming concepts, development logic or automating simple processes.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and testing solutions for customer correspondence applications.
• Design, execute, and support functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Partner with business and technology teams to validate customer-facing communications and document templates.
• Create test plans, test cases, and test data strategies to ensure solution quality and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, automation, and testing-related issues.
• Support the implementation and enhancement of correspondence platforms and automation capabilities.
• Document testing processes, technical specifications, and operating procedures.
• Contribute to project planning, effort estimation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
