U.S. Bank is seeking an Automation Engineer to design, implement, test, and maintain automation for customer correspondence applications.

You will lead testing efforts across functional, regression, integration, and performance tests, collaborating with business and technology teams to ensure accuracy of communications and templates. The role requires proficiency in Java/C#/.NET and a solid understanding of SDLC and QA best practices, with 3–4 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Three to four years of relevant work experience with programming concepts, development logic or automating simple processes.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and testing solutions for customer correspondence applications.
• Design, execute, and support functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Partner with business and technology teams to validate customer-facing communications and document templates.
• Create test plans, test cases, and test data strategies to ensure solution quality and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, automation, and testing-related issues.
• Support the implementation and enhancement of correspondence platforms and automation capabilities.
• Document testing processes, technical specifications, and operating procedures.
• Contribute to project planning, effort estimation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
