Job summary

You will validate equipment using IQ, OQ, and PQ, troubleshoot complex automation issues, and support commissioning and startup of new lines, while collaborating with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in electrical, mechanical, mechatronics, manufacturing, automation or related field.
• 3–5 years of automation, manufacturing engineering or controls experience.
• Experience with automated assembly systems and validation in IQ/OQ/PQ.
• Strong project management and problem solving skills.
• Preferred: PLC programming, HMI/SCADA, robotics, and CAD tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automated manufacturing equipment, fixtures, and production systems.
• Validate equipment and processes, including IQ, OQ, PQ protocols.
• Troubleshoot automation systems, robots, vision, controls, and equipment.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve process capability.
• Coordinate with suppliers and external builders to meet specs.
• Provide training and support to operators and maintenance staff.
