Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in a Python and SQL development or BI engineering role.
• Demonstrated experience automating manual or spreadsheet-based reporting processes.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with non-technical business users.
• Experience building dashboards or reports using a BI tool (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
