Job summary

NEXGEN Asset Management seeks a versatile BI Data Science Engineer to bridge enterprise BI, data engineering, and applied data science. You will scale data warehouses in Azure, build dashboards in our product and Power BI, and translate client needs into actionable KPIs.

You will collaborate with clients, maintain ETL/ELT pipelines in PostgreSQL and MSSQL, apply forecasting models, and document data ecosystems. Strong SQL, Python, and Power BI skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of BI, data engineering, and analytics experience.
• Advanced SQL in PostgreSQL and MSSQL in Azure.
• Python for data manipulation and modeling.
• Power BI and Excel mastery.
• React and .NET familiarity.
• Git for code and migrations.
• Strong communication and client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy dashboards and reports in Power BI and Excel.
• Maintain PostgreSQL and MSSQL data pipelines in Azure.
• Apply statistical modeling and time-series forecasting.
• Define and track business and operational KPIs.
• Meet with clients to gather reporting requirements.
• Document data ecosystem and pipelines.
• Ensure data quality and governance.
