Huzzle is hiring a GoHighLevel Automation Engineer to design, build, and optimize marketing and sales automation systems. This highly technical, client-facing role is ideal for someone experienced in CRM automation, funnel building, and workflow optimization within GoHighLevel.

You’ll play a key role in improving lead conversion, automating outreach, and ensuring seamless customer journeys through data-driven automation strategies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years with GoHighLevel or similar CRM automation platforms.
• Strong knowledge of marketing automation, funnels, and lead gen.
• Experience with integrations (Zapier, APIs, webhooks).
• Experience with email/SMS campaigns and automation logic.
• CRM systems and pipeline management experience.
• Excellent client-facing communication and collaboration with teams.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in SaaS or digital marketing agencies.
• Basic HTML/CSS or funnel customization knowledge.
• Experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or paid media workflows.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced workflows, triggers, and automation sequences in GoHighLevel
• Build and optimize high-converting sales funnels, landing pages, and pipelines
• Integrate GoHighLevel with third-party tools (Zapier, webhooks, APIs, etc.)
• Set up and manage CRM pipelines, lead scoring, and segmentation
• Automate email, SMS, and follow-up campaigns for inbound and outbound leads
• Monitor automation performance and continuously optimize conversion rates
• Troubleshoot system issues and ensure smooth automation operations
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align automation strategies
• Document processes and create scalable automation frameworks

Requirements
